Rates, Payment, and Policies:

Payment is generally due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the cancellation policy listed on the website and in practice documentation.

Insurance and Superbills:

This practice is primarily private-pay, with limited insurance coverage as stated on the Rates & Policies page.

Out-of-network superbills may be available upon request. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on the client’s individual insurance plan. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly regarding out-of-network benefits.

Consultation and Forensic Services:

Consultation, forensic case consultation, legal-related consultation, professional consultation, training, and speaking services are separate from psychotherapy services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Submitting an inquiry for consultation does not establish a forensic evaluation agreement, an expert witness agreement, a therapeutic relationship, or a formal professional engagement.

Any professional engagement must be confirmed separately and may require additional documentation, scope clarification, fees, agreements, or conflict review.
